How to send HTML emails in Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.

To send html emails in Gmail (make sure to enable “Rich formatting” option after click on the “Compose Mail” button), Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. open your newsletter with any browser and Copy [Ctrl+A] the content and then Past [Ctrl+V] it in your email.

    These are great, thanks. However, does anyone know how many people accept HTML emails these days? I expect it’s a growing number, but for many years I only allowed my email client to display plain text, partly as a security measure against Spam mails with tracking URLS, or possible links to malware. If anyone has any stats they would be gratefully received, many thanks.
